A community that is diverse & unified, is much stronger than a community, that is uniform & unified.
When we find people, with whom we share similar grounds, we tend to like them and there is more possibility for us to become good friends. Similarly, when we meet people who are different from us, (people with different ideologies, people who like different sports, food), we tend to distance ourselves from them, and there is more probability for us not to become friends, because we won't tend to spend time together. But ironically, when people who are good in one aspect come together, they will be able to do exceptionally well in similar aspects. But if some issue arises relating to the aspects that they are not familiar with, they will end up in trouble, and sometimes, they may not even be able to survive it.
