The issue of North Indian workers in Tamil Nadu. Why is it a problem? How to solve it?

   The issue of increasing numbers of north Indian workers in Tamil Nadu has started to become a huge problem.    Local communities losing jobs because of them, uncultured and rude behaviors, issues in the train, insisting the local people (who generally speak in Tamil) to speak in Hindi, are the very reasons the local community is not happy with the North Indians.    All the above mentioned issues should be dealt differently on a case by case basis. Local communities Losing jobs:     Usually the migrant workers are employed for unskilled labor. The very reason the migrant workers are preferred over the local communities is because they work for a smaller wage and they usually work for longer hours than the locals. This brings more profit to their employers.       If the locals are really in need of these jobs they will definitely be ready to work for a smaller wage, and the employers will obviously prefer the locals to the migrants.        'Happy New Year'.        We were wishing everyone a 'Happy New Year', a few days back, some of us are still wishing others.      But why are we doing so? Why are we wishing everyone a 'Happy New Year'?     Is everyone really happy?
