In this current world of Instagram and Snapchat, it is a compulsion to be more charmful and beautiful. Physical appearance has gained more importance than anytime in the history. (The number of cosmetic surgeries being done, are increasing in an alarming rate.) Yes, it is important to stay fit and healthy. Being healthy physically is a prerequisite for mental wellness. So a good diet and daily exercise is a must.
