The Beauty & The Charm

    Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. - Proverbs 31:30 NIV


    This Bible verse may talk only about women, but its application is for both genders.

    In this current world of Instagram and Snapchat, it is a compulsion to be more charmful and beautiful.

    Physical appearance has gained more importance than anytime in the history. (The number of cosmetic surgeries being done, are increasing in an alarming rate.)

    Yes, it is important to stay fit and healthy. Being healthy physically is a prerequisite for mental wellness.

    So a good diet and daily exercise is a must.

   However, staying fit(healthy) physically, is entirely different from, appearing charming and beautiful to be noticed by others (or to gain appreciation from others).

   Teenage and early adulthood are years with more flexibility, easy learning and developing.

    An excellent period to develop God centred lifestyle, to get involved in regular Bible studies, to build a job-career, to learn new skills, to build true relationships, and mainly to figure out God's calling for your life and to work towards achieving it.
 
   The bottom line is...

   For both men and women, physical beauty deserves a minimal attention; while Lord Jesus Christ's desire(plan) for your life deserves maximum attention.

     When we find people, with whom we share similar grounds, we tend to like them and there is more possibility for us to become good friends.     Similarly, when we meet people who are different from us, (people with different ideologies, people who like different sports, food), we tend to distance ourselves from them, and there is more probability for us not to become friends, because we won't tend to spend time together.     But ironically, when people who are good in one aspect come together, they will be able to do exceptionally well in similar aspects. But if some issue arises relating to the aspects that they are not familiar with, they will end up in trouble, and sometimes, they may not even be able to survive it.     These kinds of unfortunate events can be avoided, when we are a group of people, who are trained or good in different aspects of life.       Hence, when a community finds a way to co-exist with all kinds of people, (even with people of different extremes)

Life is neither good nor bad but life is Free-will.

   While one says life is good, another says life is bad.     "Is 'Life' very simple, that we get to classify under two differentials (Good or Bad)."    I doubt it. Life might be simple in one angle, but it is also complex at the same time.    Now, I am bold to say that, "Life is neither good nor bad but is free-will." (Free-will: Our ability to choose whatever we want; not being controlled/influenced by any external force.)    The truth is that, we get to choose, or to some extent we have the free-will to do what we want to do. I don't mean to say that we are in complete control of our life, but to some extent we are able to influence the outcome.     Since to some extent we have control of the outcome, we can direct the outcome of whatever we do; depending on the outcome and our perspective, life will become good or bad.     So 'Life' is neither good nor bad, rather it is free-will, we have the free-will to choose what we want to do

The Story of Today, Tomorrow and their true friend Hope

Hey Tomorrow, "Are you ready?", asked Today. Hi, "I don't know, I am not sure", replied Tomorrow. "My turn is soon to get over", says Today. "But, what are you leaving for me?" asks Tomorrow, With glaring eyes full of expectation. "Leaving you, what I am left with", said Today. Tomorrow looks into the eyes of Today, Expecting Him to give a handover.
